Programming designed for all ages and abilities.

This unique program creates a variety of learning experiences aimed at fostering communication, strategy building, social thinking, community integration and sensory stimulation for individuals of all abilities as young as three. All of our programming occurs in one-to-one and small-group settings to ensure that each individual’s needs are met.

While utilizing a strength-based approach and proactive strategies, our mentors and Registered Clinical Professionals support accommodations and modifications to help our participants reach their individualized goals. Our interprofessional team create trusting, therapeutic relationships through educational activities, play-based learning and forest schooling, as well as Assisted Animal Therapy alongside our Animal Care Team.

Unlike everywhere else I’ve been, at Nova’s Ark, I do not feel out of place. It gives me something that I feel like I can’t find anywhere else. Nova’s Ark is special to our whole family. When Daniel first started here, he could only speak one-word sentences. Now, he can talk your ear off and is very independent. Daniel being at Nova’s Ark takes a lot of pressure off of our family because we know he is safe, happy and learning. No matter the weather or if he is tired, Daniel doesn’t want to miss a day.
