Angela Douglas has been Mary Ann's sidekick since the beginning. She is a retired school principal from the Durham District School Board, who joined the Resource Team officially 4 years ago. She brings with her knowledge and practical experience of Special Education and Zones of Regulation. Angela's role at Nova’s Ark as the Education Co-ordinator has involved the establishment of academic programming for all school age participants. Angela assists each child to find their full potential and build confidence in their own abilities daily.
