Hailee Dyck
Animal Care Support
Hailee has been a part of our Nova's Ark community for years. During high school, she helped volunteer with our Animal Care Team and, since then, has been a staff member on our Animal Care Team since August 2026.
Hailee is an honours graduate of the Animal Care course at Durham College. During her schooling, she did a placement at Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue. Here, she continued to expand her skills in working with animals and kept volunteering after her placement finished.
As a dedicated member of our Animal Care Team, Hailee is responsible for the overall wellbeing of our Therapy Animals. She takes on the daily duties of feeding, providing clean water and ensuring their homes are clean.
She is passionate about her work at Nova's Ark because she believes that animals and humans share an important bond. She knows that she can support that connection by providing care for each Therapy Animal.
