Madison joined our team in September of 2026. With a background in Social Service Work, she was drawn to Nova's Ark because she could be a part of an environment where making a meaningful difference in people's lives occurs daily.

Her expertise has taught her the importance of recognizing individual strengths, encouraging personal growth and creating opportunities for meaningful connection. As a mentor, Madison works alongside our participants to engage in educational activities and explore their interests while feeling comfortable and included.

Madison is passionate about her work here because she enjoys seeing individuals discover their strengths, gain confidence and experience moments of happiness and achievement. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s day is what makes this role so rewarding to her. Nova’s Ark’s focus on individualized, strength-based programming aligns with her values and the kind of work she is passionate about.

Unlike everywhere else I’ve been, at Nova’s Ark, I do not feel out of place. It gives me something that I feel like I can’t find anywhere else. I meet people that I otherwise wouldn’t meet and I feel like a lot of those who have helped me through my struggles I’ve met here.

Nova’s Ark is special to our whole family. When Daniel first started here, he could only speak one-word sentences. Now, he can talk your ear off and is very independent. Daniel being at Nova’s Ark takes a lot of pressure off of our family because we know he is safe, happy and learning. No matter the weather or if he is tired, Daniel doesn’t want to miss a day.

From the moment our son started attending Novas Ark, we felt such positivity, hope and inspiration. Everyone in the Nova’s Ark family has been so caring and accepting of our whole family.
